All themes are tested on the current Moodle version and in all modern browsers. If you use our themes with older Moodle versions or in combination with external Moodle plugins, problems can occur and we can’t provide any guarantee. In case you need the theme to work with a specific Moodle plugin, please contact us before the theme purchase to assure the plugin is compatible with the particular theme.
To get the latest version of a theme you bought, simply go to your customer account and download it from there. If you have a subscription, you can access the download for one year from the purchase date. But if you have a lifetime license, you can download it anytime.
