Licensing questions

Yes. Every license allows multiple IOMAD companies, also called tenants, on one production installation.
Regular covers those tenants only when the use is non-commercial. Commercial, Extended, and Ultra also cover selling courses and serving companies as tenants of that installation.

A separate live installation is a separate production deployment, including when it has its own domain. Regular and Commercial cover one production installation. Extended covers multiple production installations inside one organisation.
A company URL or branding inside one IOMAD installation stays on the same license. It does not, by itself, count as another production installation.

Yes. An independent deployment for a separate client needs its own license, unless you agree different terms in writing. One license cannot be reused across unrelated clients.

Extended covers multiple production installations within one organisation, for example several faculties of one university. The price is $1,599.
Ultra is for large, complex enterprise deployments, including the public sector. The license scope is agreed individually. The price is $3,499, excluding tax. You can buy it directly from the store.

Yes. Every license includes lifetime access and updates for the IOMAD 5.x line. IOMAD 6.x and later major versions require an upgrade. You can keep using the version you purchased.

Regular and Commercial include standard support. Extended includes priority support. Ultra includes enterprise support.
Support levels describe request handling; they do not guarantee a 24-hour response or an immediate fix.

IOMAD is a free, open-source platform built on Moodle for managing multiple companies in one installation. Each company has its own users, managers, course access, and reports.
Courses can be shared across companies. Company managers handle their learners, while site administrators manage the installation.
