Payments, invoices, license keys, and how RoseaThemes works with Lemon Squeezy.
RoseaThemes uses Lemon Squeezy to deliver license access codes, manage subscriptions, and provide product updates. This page explains checkout, invoicing, and where to manage your purchase after payment.

Lemon Squeezy is our payment and license management platform. It delivers license access codes after purchase, hosts the customer portal for license management, and distributes theme updates tied to your license.
RoseaThemes builds the themes and defines license scope. Lemon Squeezy handles secure checkout, tax collection where applicable, and the technical delivery of license keys.

Choose your license tier on the theme page and complete checkout through Lemon Squeezy (card or other methods shown at checkout). After payment, you receive a license access code by email and in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
Use that code to activate your theme and receive updates for the licensed deployment. See our Moodle theme licensing page for tier scope.

For standard online purchases, Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. Payment processing, checkout receipts, and default invoices are issued by Lemon Squeezy-not RoseaThemes as the billing party.
Your card statement and Lemon Squeezy order confirmation show Lemon Squeezy seller details.

Yes. If your organization requires invoicing, we can issue an invoice directly from RoseaThemes and accept payment by bank transfer. The invoice seller details will show RoseaThemes.
After payment is received, you will receive a Lemon Squeezy license access code. License activation, updates, and license management remain handled through Lemon Squeezy.
Contact support@rosea.io before purchase to arrange an invoice.

Once we confirm your bank transfer, RoseaThemes provisions your purchase and sends you a Lemon Squeezy license access code. You activate and manage that license in Lemon Squeezy-the same flow as an online card purchase.
Theme updates and license status continue through Lemon Squeezy for the life of your license.

Sign in to the Lemon Squeezy customer portal: My Orders (opens in new tab). There you can view orders, retrieve license access codes, and manage subscriptions where applicable.

You can generate a standard invoice directly from Lemon Squeezy for online card purchases. Lemon Squeezy documents explain the steps:

For orders processed through Lemon Squeezy, payment disputes, receipts, and refund eligibility may be handled by Lemon Squeezy according to their policies and our Terms of Use.
