Open the Help Center to submit a ticket or check an existing request. Please include your Moodle version, theme version, and screenshots so we can get straight to the issue.

What is included, what is not, and when custom work may apply is documented in the Support Policy.

If the Help Center is down or a ticket cannot be submitted, email support@rosea.io. Use the same address you used at checkout when you can.
