This Cookie Policy applies to websites and landing pages operated by RoseaThemes (Marcin Czaja, conducting business as ICHERRY, Poland) that link to this policy, including rosea.io and related marketing sites, unless a separate notice applies.

The cookie list in section 3A reflects our main marketing site at rosea.io. Separate services such as our blog (blog.rosea.io), documentation (doc.rosea.io), and help center (support.rosea.io) may set additional cookies and are governed by their own notices.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, remember preferences, or understand how visitors use a site.

We may also use similar technologies such as local storage (for example, to remember your cookie choices on our site) or pixels used together with analytics or advertising tools where you have consented.

First-party cookies and storage are set by RoseaThemes (for example, our consent record). Third-party cookies are set by providers we use, such as Google Analytics after you consent; those providers act under their own privacy and cookie notices.

Cookies last for different periods. Session cookies are removed when you close your browser, while persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. The durations we currently use are listed in section 3A.

We group cookies and related tools into the categories below. These match the options in our on-site consent interface where available.

a) Necessary

These are required for core functionality (for example, security, load balancing, or basic session features). They rely on the “strictly necessary” exemption under EU ePrivacy rules and, under the GDPR, on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website, or on the necessity to provide a service you request. You cannot turn off necessary cookies through our banner, but you may still block them in your browser (which may break parts of the site).

b) Analytics

These help us measure traffic, understand how pages are used, and improve the site. Where required by law, we enable analytics only after you opt in (for example, via our cookie banner or preferences). We may use Google Analytics (GA4) or comparable tools.

Analytics data is processed by Google; this may involve transfers to servers outside the European Economic Area (including the United States) under safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For details, see Google’s cookie information (opens in new tab).

c) Marketing

These support campaign measurement, conversion tracking, or advertising-related features where we use them. Marketing cookies or tags are used only if you opt in where consent is required. We do not load any marketing tags by default.

At present we do not use marketing cookies on rosea.io. This category exists so that, if we add such tags in the future, they remain off until you consent.

We also do not embed social media plug-ins that set cookies on rosea.io. Links to profiles such as LinkedIn are plain links and do not place cookies until you visit those sites.

The table below lists the cookies and similar storage currently used on this site. Analytics entries appear only after you opt in.

If we add or change cookies, we will update this table and, where the change is significant, ask for your consent again.

When you first visit, you may see a cookie banner allowing you to accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or open detailed settings. You can reopen preferences at any time using the cookie icon in the site footer.

Your choices (including category toggles and a policy version identifier) are stored locally in your browser via localStorage and a first-party cookie (rt_cookie_consent_v1, kept for up to 400 days), so we can respect your preferences on later visits from the same device and browser. They are not used to identify you across unrelated sites by themselves.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future - withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Use the cookie icon in the footer to change or withdraw your choices; you can also clear them in your browser settings.

We use Google Consent Mode (where Google tags are present) so that analytics and ad-related signals stay in a denied state until you consent, in line with Google’s consent mode behaviour.

Some cookies are set by third-party services we use (for example, analytics or embedded content). Those providers have their own privacy and cookie notices. We only allow non-essential third-party cookies on our sites where you have given consent where required.

When you proceed to checkout, you leave rosea.io for an external provider such as Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) or Stripe. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies; rosea.io does not place checkout cookies on your device on their behalf.

Where analytics runs after your consent, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Instructions are usually available in the “Help” or “Privacy” section of your browser. Blocking all cookies may affect site functionality.
