BAZIS Moodle Theme release notes

Release notes kept in the BAZIS template. The current package is 1.0.3 (Build 2026092501), for Moodle 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, and newer.

Current BAZIS package (Build 2026092501). Supported Moodle versions: 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, and newer.

Improved
- Supported Moodle versions are 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, and newer. This is a new major version line; older changelog entries were removed from the template on purpose.

Moodle 5.2 no longer duplicates the login settings section.

Fixed
- Moodle 5.2 login settings — theme setting files now load with require(__DIR__ . '/settings/...') instead of a relative require('settings/...').
- Core added admin/settings/login.php. The relative path loaded that core file instead of theme/bazis/settings/login.php, which duplicated the login settings section in the theme admin page.

Course index current-activity links keep a readable hover colour.

Fixed
- Course index current activity — the shared hover mixin no longer paints links in .courseindex-item.pageitem, so a light primary colour does not appear on the light bar in dark mode.
- In dark mode, hover and focus on that row use the body text colour. In the light theme, hover and focus stay white on the dark current-activity bar.

Navigation builders load defaults for the top bar, and theme settings highlight the region you are editing.

Improved
- Load default navigation — the action also fills top bar primary navigation, not only the main navigation list. The button stays visible after defaults are already loaded.
- Top bar moodle:// links — shortcuts resolve to the same core destinations as the main menu: site home, dashboard, calendar, private files, and the content bank.
New
- Theme settings preview — hovering a settings tab highlights the matching region (main navigation, top bar, quick links, admin menu, or My courses) so you can see which part of the page you are editing.
