Bootstrap JavaScript unified with Moodle core, sidebar active and search-field colours, combobox search fixes, and course-index contrast (Build 2026090500).

    • Sidebar - active navigation background - new Sidebar Button Background (Active) colour in Branding → Sidebar colours; empty mixes hover text into the sidebar background instead of a light chip
    • Sidebar - active navigation text - new Sidebar Button Text (Active) colour; empty uses Sidebar Button Text so white drawer labels stay readable on the active background
    • Sidebar - My courses search field - new colours for background, text, and border of the My courses search field in the filter strip
    • Course index - hidden item text - new Course index hidden item text colour for dimmed rows on a customised sidebar

    • Bootstrap JavaScript - one shared runtime with Moodle - loader, primary navigation, content builder, course tools, and admin modals no longer ship duplicate Bootstrap JS; all call sites use theme_boost AMD modules so dropdowns, tabs, tooltips, and builder dialogs share one instance registry with core
    • Main navigation - admin settings - sidebar-nav.php renamed to main-nav.php; tab label stays Main Navigation Builder

    • Course sections - multipage link area - on one-section-per-page courses, the stretched-link anchor is limited to the section header so activities are no longer covered
    • Content builder - Bootstrap modals and dropdowns - SCB modules use a bootstrap-bridge to theme_boost; legacy jQuery modal fallbacks and manual .show toggles removed
    • Navigation dropdowns and theme-admin tabs - Dropdown and Tab now load through AMD instead of a dead window.bootstrap check, so mobile toolbar sheets and settings tabs behave reliably
    • Combobox search - result panel position - user, grade, and group search panels no longer cover the search field in places such as the gradebook grader report
    • Combobox search - picking a result - search input keeps focus while a result is clicked so selection works reliably on touch and scrollable lists
    • Footer - empty debug wrapper - .rui-debug is no longer rendered when debugging is off
    • Footer - empty contact wrappers - vacant contact containers are no longer rendered when website, phone, email, and contact info are empty
    • Course index - active section contrast - current section no longer sits on a light chip with white drawer text
    • Course index - hidden items and timeline markers - hidden activities no longer fade the whole row; completion dots stay solid
    • Sticky footer - drag handle - dragging no longer throws a JavaScript error on pages such as activity settings

    • Calendar month navigation - previous/next use Font Awesome chevrons so arrows keep contrast when button colours are customised
    • Grader report - empty status icons - empty status-icon wrappers no longer stretch grade cells

    • Top bar - Primary navigation - removed the separate Primary navigation mode setting; the builder activates from the Top bar navigation checkbox together with the Menu items builder
    • Quick Links (top bar) - List layout - List and Grid share the same tile styling; List switches to a single column with icon and label side by side
    • Quick Links builder - item type badges (Link / Label / Dropdown) are pill-shaped with an icon and aligned to the right of each row
    • Footer - Navigation settings - moved to their own Navigation tab; Navigation HTML is saved and used correctly; Menu items builder renders automatically when it contains a link
